Experience the Solar Eclipse in New Hampshire

On Monday, April 8, 2024, a Total Solar Eclipse will darken New Hampshire's skies. Starting at 3:28 PM  for 3 minutes and 15 seconds, temperatures will drop, and the world around you will still as the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth, completely blocking its light. Northern New Hampshire will be in the eclipse's Path of Totality, while many other parts of the Granite State will view 95-99% coverage of the sun. There are tons of opportunities to enjoy Mother Nature's celestial performance of a lifetime with Granite Outdoor member organizations. So make sure you have the right eye protection to view the eclipse, and then check out some of the events, programming, and gifts below!
