Join Northeast Mountaineering for an Introduction to Rock Climbing in scenic Franconia Notch! Course participants will learn all the basic essentials of rock climbing including how to gear up, tie into the rope, give a safe belay, and fundamental movement techniques! Whether you're brand new to the sport, or been training in the gym, this clinic will be sure to bring you to the next level! Please bring your own gear if you have it, and there will be a few bins of rental shoes, harnesses, helmets for those who would like to use them. We'll meet at Dow Field in Franconia (Graniteer Headquarters) and carpool to our climbing destination.
